Curve grinding technology utilizes a variety of grinding wheel assemblies, which are specifically designed to address the corresponding circular arc surfaces of the rail profile for refinement. This ensures that the characteristics of each arc surface after repair are preserved and that there is a smooth transition between adjacent arc surfaces. Consequently, this method effectively restores and maintains the continuous curve characteristics of the rail profile section, preventing the formation of small flat surfaces that could cause damage to wheel flanges. Under normal conditions, only 4 to 5 grinding wheels are required to cover the entire profile grinding operation of a single rail.
